– Sales Date Published: 16-Mar-2023 Ref : R-67781 Description & Requirements About the role: Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their team.

They must have experience in negotiating
– project management
– and working with major retailers as they’ll be responsible for overseeing commercial buying agreements across the Kraft Heinz accounts.

This role sits in our Retail Sales team reporting to our Customer Director.

They will have the chance to influence Kraft Heinz to the greatest extent
– therefore our ideal candidate must be proactive
– resilient and have a strong background in FMCG.

Position responsibilities: Lead
– coach and develop an account executive
– always modelling KHC values.

Lead FSNI Commercial Buying negotiations across the KHC portfolio.

Facilitate cross functional collaboration to develop and execute the negotiation plan including the financial modelling and risk assessment.

Lead 4P execution of all KHC strategies in portfolio
– exceeding sales
– profit
– investment
– distribution
– market share
– forecasting and engagement targets.

Drive and execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans
– connecting Customer and KHC strategy to drive mutual growth and value.

Lead specific customer agenda within your KHC portfolio.

Responsible for driving cross functional customer orientation
– collaboration and execution within portfolio.

About you: The ideal applicant will be tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales
– Marketing
– or Business.

Strong background in FMCG Experience working with large retailers.

Negotiation and influencing.
