Our pharmaceutical client located in Wilmington, DE area has an immediate need for a Sr. Manager, Global Compensation & HRIS. Position provides compensation support to the global Human Resources team including offers, promotions, job evaluation and compensation policies/practices. Manages global annual compensation processes including performance management, merit, ICP and stock awards. This is an individual contributor role.
Ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, someone who can think on the spot, is a problem-solver, 5 or more years compensation and people management experience, HRIS systems experience (PeopleSoft is a plus).
Position is on-site with 1 flex day per week
