Job Overview Hypercare is seeking a self-motivated and energetic people person to join our growing team as an Account Executive in the exciting and rewarding world of healthcare technology.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound activities such as phone calls, email campaigns, webinars and/or social media, presenting the Hypercare value proposition to potential customers, and managing a book of business.
Key activities and responsibilities include the following: Scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients, which includes C-Suite, VPs, Directors, and Physicians.
Identifying, prioritizing, tracking, and organizing leads for the sales pipeline by qualifying leads generated by marketing campaigns, website signups, social media, and outbound cold call and email activities.
Presenting the Hypercare value proposition to potential clients.
Mining dormant accounts to convert to active accounts.
Maintaining accurate records by updating the CRM (Salesforce).
Research prospective clients and running various reports as required.
Closing sales with potential clients.
What does the Account Executive need in order to be successful in this role?

Significance of the Role The Account Executive will play a critical role in the growth of Hypercare and directly impact the company’s revenue targets.
In addition to helping build the sales pipeline and increasing Hypercare’s brand awareness, the Account Executive will make a direct impact on the healthcare industry and interact with key stakeholders across North America.
