We’re currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Montreal Our Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams are growing at a very fast pace and you would be collaborating directly with the hiring managers to build pipelines of qualified candidates, find the best talent for their teams and advise them on hiring best practices, compensation and talent planning.

Responsibilities: Actively source, reach out and engage potential candidates for the roles.

Partner with hiring managers to ensure a timely and effective recruitment process.

Post openings as necessary and use social and professional networking platforms to identify and source candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives for campus recruiting.

Partner with 3rd parties and reach out to appropriate candidates.

Ensure a delightful candidate experience by providing timely follow-ups and detailed feedback to candidates.

Post jobs on appropriate websites and use creativity to develop other channels and tactics to fill your roles.

Educate and coach hiring managers on interview techniques / best practices.

Ensure data accuracy in Lever (ATS) and record key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment processes.

Collaborate on employer brand marketing initiatives and other projects.

Qualifications: You have 3 years of relevant experience, either as an in-house or agency recruiter, ideally for a tech company or in a high-velocity environment.

You are known for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

You are persistent and will do the extra mile to be successful.

You are known as an incredible collaborator.

You perform well in a fast-paced environment.

You’re an excellent communicator, in both English and French.
