To ensure continued success we take extra care to make sure that careers at ImmunoTek are financially, intellectually, YOU’LL GET TO… Partner with the HR team to manage all HR workstreams within the Company, including but not limited to talent management & development, compensation planning and management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition Work in partnership with the Director of Human Resources to problem solve while identifying and developing processes and programs to strengthen HR infrastructure across the Company Develop and execute holistic talent plan for center locations
– championing business outcomes and the employee experience Utilize analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnose organizational issues and create compelling narratives to influence leadership at all levels Build credibility and trust in HR by providing a strong and visible HR leadership presence with executives, people managers, and employees Learn and maintain thorough familiarity and compliance with all state and federal regulations, Standard Operating Procedure Manual, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), and internal Company Procedures Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future Maintain an open line of communication with Management Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center information Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with donors, fellow employees, and vendors Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings Other duties as assigned Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or related discipline required Eight (8) years of HR experience in roles of progressively increasing scope Experience in a strategic HR role with an executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence Significant depth in organizational design and learning, people manager development, compensation planning, recruiting, and employee relations is desired Strong business acumen with the executional know-how of building, growing, and scaling businesses through the ongoing development and support of its people Collaborative colleague adept at navigating complex stakeholder matrix to identify, influence and implement solutions The ability to root cause issues, match people strategies to business strategies, and deliver global programs that drive results The ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex situations into a digestible format for the business leaders and their teams Team-oriented consensus builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, build bridges and design “win-win” solutions across a matrix management organization The ability to flourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity Partners with departments to drive and lead through organizational change and evolution Results-driven individual who can produce outcomes Builds and fosters an inclusive and diverse culture aligned to our Company vision, mission, and values Why Choose ImmunoTek Bio Centers Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Competitive Salary Ongoing Professional & Career Development Collaborative and Team-Oriented work environment
