If so, the following permanent role may be right for you… We have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team, a highly collaborative group of experienced lawyers providing business critical advice and support to the business.

The role is offered on a permanent basis, and reports to the Head of Legal, UK & EMEA.

The base location will be the Guildford Head Office, however in line with our Hybrid Working approach this role will involve both home and office working.

You will be responsible for: Supporting bids and programme delivery in key territories Advising on a wide range of contractual matters Leading on legal-focussed matters including data protection and disputes Maintaining our “licence to trade” through good governance and compliance Managing your portfolio of matters through appropriate prioritisation Working closely with other members of the Legal Function and other functions including Commercial, Finance, Tax and Procurement Gathering the data needed when facts are uncertain Proactively suggesting ways to improve how the Legal Function and wider business works and what it delivers You: Qualified solicitor or barrister In-house Legal experience Excellent technical understanding of commercial contracts Experience in technology and cyber security The package: You’ll receive a very competitive salary (please get in touch for details on this) and other benefits including pension, life assurance and 25 days’ (plus bank holidays).
