About The Role Shopify is redefining enterprise retail with the launch of Commerce Components.
As an early leader on the enterprise marketing team, you’ll cast a bold vision for Shopify’s executive briefing practice, and work cross-functionally to scale the program.
This is a rare opportunity to truly build from the ground up, collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing and Shopify Leadership teams.
Responsibilities Craft the Strategy: Build and communicate the overall strategy for scaling a world-class executive briefing practice at Shopify against clear milestones.
Write the Playbook: Codify learnings from initial executive briefings into a playbook, incorporating feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
Assemble the Team: Hire, onboard, and lead a talented team who are energized by serving customers, sharing Shopify’s mission, and who care about the fine details of white glove experiences.
Operationalize the Program: Build clear systems for opportunity intake, merchant and stakeholder coordination, content creation, and measurement.
Establish Feedback Loops: Become an expert in understanding customer needs and industry dynamics, and create internal feedback loops that influence product strategy and sales priorities.
Build a framework to measure and share impact: Use data to evolve the program and content strategy for improved performance.
Build systems for sharing performance metrics across the organization to highlight the value of the program.
Qualifications Experience in developing, executing, and leading executive briefing programs, ideally in a B2B technology environment Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines An eye for details and knowing how to build a bespoke experience based on customer needs Track record building and leading high-performing teams Good storytelling and presentation skills
– you can captivate an audience Ability to create and nurture relationships across the organization, including building trust with executive leadership Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze program metrics to share the story of your team’s impact Knowledge of ecommerce and the technology industry is a plus Additional information Experience comes in many forms, many skills are transferable, and passion goes a long way.
