Summary of Position
Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Parts Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining a stock of parts for our shop and field operations. This includes identifying the parts needed for repair and maintenance work, procuring items from suppliers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and pulling/issuing parts to the crews as requested for our operations.

Highschool diploma and relevant experience
Primary responsibilities
- Works with warehouse team to physically check in every order as it arrives from vendors to ensure the items received match out PO’s
- Will be required to do the systematic receipt while ensuring that the prices / qty and delivered qty match
- Manages the inventory in the system doing all crew and basic inventory transfers
- Will develop and manage communication with our suppliers.
- Following up on weekly open / past due reporting with purchasing team, warehouse team as well as suppliers
- Performs daily cycle counts
- Works with maintenance to ensure all Services and Shop fluids are received in the system
- Help with quarterly and yearly physical inventory counts
- Reviews invoices on Hold that require attention with Procure to Pay team
- Verify and maintain appropriate paperwork / documentation for auditors
- Will help with basic warehouse tasks when needed and directed by Warehouse mangers
