Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Services

This is a Contract-Staffs position in Laval, QC posted September 13, 2022.

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator, Employee Services for our human resources department, the role is hybrid working from our Senneville or Laval locations. With opportunities to work from home a few days a week.

The following are responsibilities related to Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Services position:

  • Responsible for overseeing & entering employee data in the HRIS system, while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

  • Uses HRIS system to run and create various reports.

  • Understand and apply internal HR policies and procedures.

  • Offer HR support and advice to employees on various HR topics: HR policies and programs such as benefits, pension plan, etc.

  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance in line with internal processes and policies.

  • Provide professional and positive employee experience in a timely manner (in person, on the phone and via email).

  • Administrative onboarding tasks and delivery of new hire presentation for benefits.

  • Complete administrative tasks for HR processes including but not limited to, benefits, pension plan, wellness initiatives, recognition program, training, confirmation of employment letters etc.

  • Participate to ad-hoc projects.

Job Qualifications

 

The following are the minimum qualifications related to the Human Resources Coordinator – Employee Services position: 

 

  • HR Degree/Diploma or other relevant degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of HR or relevant experience in HR.
  • Solid customer service experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using an HRIS (Success Factors) or other HR systems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, following processes and actioning requests in an accurate, timely and customer-centric manner.
  • Ability to show insight and good judgement and provide sound solutions and decisions.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) written and spoken is required.
