JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Operations Support Specialist’s primary role is to support the US sales organization with the administration and coordination of sales programs, dealer development, and sales analytics while serving as the liaison between our internal resources and field sales staff in these same areas of the business. The Sales Operations Support Specialist/Sales Administrator provides support to Sales Management for the various customer channels and safeguards sales-related data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sales Administrative Functions:
Publishes communications and announcements regarding sales and marketing programs for accounts both to the field and the affected customers.
Administration of our Dealer Development activities including evaluation of dealer candidates, contracting and onboarding
Provides first-level C4C user support
Administration of the Share Point site
Provides data and reporting as needed to key accounts and associations
Administration, tracking, and communication of customer rebates
Coordinates and publishes price books and ordering guides
Coordination of events for both employee and dealer meetings
Assists sales management with the creation of sales presentations

Performs all job functions in a safe manner and maintains safety awareness
Reports known accidents, injuries and unsafe practices and/or conditions to supervisor

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone. Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (10 lbs.), and an ability to adjust vision for close vision work. Up to 10% of time spent in manufacturing environments around industrial equipment. Able to travel up to 10% to other Company locations.
