Job Description Position Summary: The Finance Director, Growth Finance leads financial business proposals for Innovation, Renovation, Design-to-value (DTV) and Productivity (Gross Savings) projects, assessing risks and returns for the Canada & Coffee North America Business Unit.

Responsibilities: Develop insights and drive action through analysis of portfolio profitability and product/category costing and benchmarking, proposing potential solutions and alternatives Strategic assessment of our product mix management opportunities Development of initiatives with Sales and Marketing teams to deploy solutions Partner with cross-functional contacts in Platform/Marketing teams, Operations, R&D, and other internal teams to collaborate on financial analysis and business proposals for all Capex requests Oversee data gathering and stewardship for Portfolio Management Review (PMR) and Stage-Gate financial inputs, ensuring project financials and forecasts are accurately reflected Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business or equivalent Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, preferably in CPG, investment baking or consulting, with prior Corporate FP&A experience preferred Experience working cross functionally with all levels of the organization Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Tableau / Power BI highly preferred Strong business acumen, interpersonal, leadership, communication and influencing skills Location(s) Don Mills Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
